- Deuteronomy 5 25:6 - And it shall be, that the firstborn which she beareth shall succeed in the name of his brother which is dead , that his name be not put out of Israel.
והיה הבכור אשׁר תלד יקום על־שׁם אחיו המת ולא־ימחה שׁמו מישׂראל - Judges 7 21:17 - And they said , There must be an inheritance for them that be escaped of Benjamin, that a tribe be not destroyed out of Israel.
