- Ezra 15 4:9 - Then wrote Rehum the chancellor , and Shimshai the scribe, and the rest of their companions ; the Dinaites, the Apharsathchites, the Tarpelites, the Apharsites, the Archevites, the Babylonians, the Susanchites, the Dehavites, and the Elamites,
אדין רחום בעל־טעם ושׁמשׁי ספרא ושׁאר כנותהון דיניא ואפרסתכיא טרפליא אפרסיא ארכוי בבליא שׁושׁנכיא דהוא עלמיא - Numbers 4 32:9 - For when they went up unto the valley of Eshcol, and saw the land, they discouraged the heart of the children of Israel, that they should not go into the land which the LORD had given them.
ויעלו עד־נחל אשׁכול ויראו את־הארץ ויניאו את־לב בני ישׂראל לבלתי־בא אל־הארץ אשׁר־נתן להם יהוה - Numbers 4 30:8 - But if her husband disallowed her on the day that he heard it; then he shall make her vow which she vowed, and that which she uttered with her lips, wherewith she bound her soul, of none effect : and the LORD shall forgive her.
ואם ביום שׁמע אישׁה יניא אותה והפר את־נדרה אשׁר עליה ואת מבטא שׂפתיה אשׁר אסרה על־נפשׁה ויהוה יסלח־לה - Ezra 15 7:24 - Also we certify you, that touching any of the priests and Levites, singers, porters, Nethinims, or ministers of this house of God, it shall not be lawful to impose toll, tribute, or custom, upon them.
