[8800] נְקָמָה Avenge, revenge(-ing),.. גּוֹי Gentile, heathen, natio.. תּוֹכֵחָה Argument, × chastened, .. לְאֹם Nation, people - Ezekiel 26 25:15 - Thus saith the Lord GOD ; Because the Philistines have dealt by revenge, and have taken vengeance with a despiteful heart, to destroy it for the old hatred ;
כה אמר אדני יהוה יען עשׂות פלשׁתים בנקמה וינקמו נקם בשׁאט בנפשׁ למשׁחית איבת עולם - Isaiah 23 1:24 - Therefore saith the Lord, the LORD of hosts, the mighty One of Israel, Ah, I will ease me of mine adversaries, and avenge me of mine enemies :
לכן נאם האדון יהוה צבאות אביר ישׂראל הוי אנחם מצרי ואנקמה מאויבי - Judges 7 16:28 - And Samson called unto the LORD, and said , O Lord GOD, remember me, I pray thee, and strengthen me, I pray thee, only this once, O God, that I may be at once avenged of the Philistines for my two eyes.
