- Jeremiah 24 11:21 - Therefore thus saith the LORD of the men of Anathoth, that seek thy life, saying , Prophesy not in the name of the LORD, that thou die not by our hand :
לכן כה־אמר יהוה על־אנשׁי ענתות המבקשׁים את־נפשׁך לאמר לא תנבא בשׁם יהוה ולא תמות בידנו - Nehemiah 16 13:26 - Did not Solomon king of Israel sin by these things? yet among many nations was there no king like him, who was beloved of his God, and God made him king over all Israel : nevertheless even him did outlandish women cause to sin .
הלוא על־אלה חטא־שׁלמה מלך ישׂראל ובגוים הרבים לא־היה מלך כמהו ואהוב לאלהיו היה ויתנהו אלהים מלך על־כל־ישׂראל גמ־אותו החטיאו הנשׁים הנכריות - Jeremiah 24 52:25 - He took also out of the city an eunuch, which had the charge of the men of war ; and seven men of them that were near the king's person, which were found in the city ; and the principal scribe of the host, who mustered the people of the land ; and threescore men of the people of the land, that were found in the midst of the city.
