ולפני אלעזר הכהן יעמד ושׁאל לו במשׁפט האורים לפני יהוה על־פיו יצאו ועל־פיו יבאו הוא וכל־בני־ישׂראל אתו וכל־העדה - Proverbs 20 16:10 - A divine sentence is in the lips of the king : his mouth transgresseth not in judgment.
