- Leviticus 3 19:9 - And when ye reap the harvest of your land, thou shalt not wholly reap the corners of thy field, neither shalt thou gather the gleanings of thy harvest.
ובקצרכם את־קציר ארצכם לא תכלה פאת שׂדך לקצר ולקט קצירך לא תלקט - Judges 7 8:2 - And he said unto them, What have I done now in comparison of you? Is not the gleaning of the grapes of Ephraim better than the vintage of Abiezer ?
ויאמר אליהם מה־עשׂיתי עתה ככם הלוא טוב עללות אפרים מבציר אביעזר - 2 Samuel 10 23:13 - And three of the thirty chief went down , and came to David in the harvest time unto the cave of Adullam : and the troop of the Philistines pitched in the valley of Rephaim.
וירדו שׁלשׁים מהשׁלשׁים ראשׁ ויבאו אל־קציר אל־דוד אל־מערת עדלם וחית פלשׁתים חנה בעמק רפאים - Numbers 4 11:5 - We remember the fish, which we did eat in Egypt freely ; the cucumbers, and the melons, and the leeks, and the onions, and the garlick :
זכרנו את־הדגה אשׁר־נאכל במצרים חנם את הקשׁאים ואת האבטחים ואת־החציר ואת־הבצלים ואת־השׁומים - Psalms 19 147:8 - Who covereth the heaven with clouds, who prepareth rain for the earth, who maketh grass to grow upon the mountains.
