- Amos 30 8:11 - Behold, the days come , saith the Lord GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD :
הנה ימים באים נאם אדני יהוה והשׁלחתי רעב בארץ לא־רעב ללחם ולא־צמא למים כי אמ־לשׁמע את דברי יהוה - Jeremiah 24 24:5 - Thus saith the LORD, the God of Israel ; Like these good figs, so will I acknowledge them that are carried away captive of Judah, whom I have sent out of this place into the land of the Chaldeans for their good.
כה־אמר יהוה אלהי ישׂראל כתאנים הטבות האלה כנ־אכיר את־גלות יהודה אשׁר שׁלחתי מנ־המקום הזה ארץ כשׂדים לטובה - Amos 30 1:12 - But I will send a fire upon Teman, which shall devour the palaces of Bozrah.

ויאמר יהודה תקח־לה פן נהיה לבוז הנה שׁלחתי הגדי הזה ואתה לא מצאתה - Amos 30 4:10 - I have sent among you the pestilence after the manner of Egypt : your young men have I slain with the sword, and have taken away your horses ; and I have made the stink of your camps to come up unto your nostrils : yet have ye not returned unto me, saith the LORD.
שׁלחתי בכם דבר בדרך מצרים הרגתי בחרב בחוריכם עם שׁבי סוסיכם ואעלה באשׁ מחניכם ובאפכם ולא־שׁבתם עדי נאמ־יהוה
