- Daniel 27 2:21 - And he changeth the times and the seasons : he removeth kings, and setteth up kings : he giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding :
והוא מהשׁנא עדניא וזמניא מהעדה מלכין ומהקים מלכין יהב חכמתא לחכימין ומנדעא לידעי בינה - Numbers 4 30:14 - But if her husband altogether hold his peace at her from day to day ; then he establisheth all her vows, or all her bonds, which are upon her: he confirmeth them, because he held his peace at her in the day that he heard them.
ואמ־החרשׁ יחרישׁ לה אישׁה מיום אל־יום והקים את־כל־נדריה או את־כל־אסריה אשׁר עליה הקים אתם כי־החרשׁ לה ביום שׁמעו - Daniel 27 3:2 - Then Nebuchadnezzar the king sent to gather together the princes, the governors, and the captains, the judges, the treasurers, the counsellors, the sheriffs, and all the rulers of the provinces, to come to the dedication of the image which Nebuchadnezzar the king had set up .
ונבוכדנצר מלכא שׁלח למכנשׁ לאחשׁדרפניא סגניא ופחותא אדרגזריא גדבריא דתבריא תפתיא וכל שׁלטני מדינתא למתא לחנכת צלמא די הקים נבוכדנצר מלכא - Daniel 27 6:15 - Then these men assembled unto the king, and said unto the king, Know , O king, that the law of the Medes and Persians is, That no decree nor statute which the king establisheth may be changed .
באדין גבריא אלך הרגשׁו על־מלכא ואמרין למלכא דע מלכא די־דת למדי ופרס די־כל־אסר וקים די־מלכא יהקים לא להשׁניה - Jeremiah 24 29:15 - Because ye have said , The LORD hath raised us up prophets in Babylon ;
