Nehemiah 9:34 verse
Neither have our kings, our princes, our priests, nor our fathers, kept thy law, nor hearkened unto thy commandments and thy testimonies, wherewith thou didst testify against them.

Micah 4:9 verse
Now why dost thou cry out aloud ? is there no king in thee? is thy counsellor perished ? for pangs have taken thee as a woman in travail .
