- 1 Samuel 9 13:13 - And Samuel said to Saul, Thou hast done foolishly : thou hast not kept the commandment of the LORD thy God, which he commanded thee: for now would the LORD have established thy kingdom upon Israel for ever.
ויאמר שׁמואל אל־שׁאול נסכלת לא שׁמרת את־מצות יהוה אלהיך אשׁר צוך כי עתה הכין יהוה את־ממלכתך אל־ישׂראל עד־עולם - 2 Kings 12 9:6 - And he arose , and went into the house ; and he poured the oil on his head, and said unto him, Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, I have anointed thee king over the people of the LORD, even over Israel.
