- Isaiah 23 55:10 - For as the rain cometh down , and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud , that it may give seed to the sower , and bread to the eater :
כי כאשׁר ירד הגשׁם והשׁלג מנ־השׁמים ושׁמה לא ישׁוב כי אמ־הרוה את־הארץ והולידה והצמיחה ונתן זרע לזרע ולחם לאכל - 1 Chronicles 13 11:22 - Benaiah the son of Jehoiada, the son of a valiant man of Kabzeel, who had done many acts ; he slew two lionlike men of Moab : also he went down and slew a lion in a pit in a snowy day.
