- Joshua 6 3:15 - And as they that bare the ark were come unto Jordan, and the feet of the priests that bare the ark were dipped in the brim of the water,
וכבוא נשׂאי הארון עד־הירדן ורגלי הכהנים נשׂאי הארון נטבלו בקצה המים והירדן מלא על־כל־גדותיו כל ימי קציר - Joshua 6 8:29 - And the king of Ai he hanged on a tree until eventide : and as soon as the sun was down , Joshua commanded that they should take his carcase down from the tree, and cast it at the entering of the gate of the city, and raise thereon a great heap of stones, that remaineth unto this day.
ואת־מלך העי תלה על־העץ עד־עת הערב וכבוא השׁמשׁ צוה יהושׁע וירידו את־נבלתו מנ־העץ וישׁליכו אותה אל־פתח שׁער העיר ויקימו עליו גל־אבנים גדול עד היום הזה
