- Numbers 4 35:30 - Whoso killeth any person, the murderer shall be put to death by the mouth of witnesses : but one witness shall not testify against any person to cause him to die .
כל־מכה־נפשׁ לפי עדים ירצח את־הרצח ועד אחד לא־יענה בנפשׁ למות - Psalms 19 94:6 - They slay the widow and the stranger, and murder the fatherless.
