- Judges 7 3:12 - And the children of Israel did evil again in the sight of the LORD : and the LORD strengthened Eglon the king of Moab against Israel, because they had done evil in the sight of the LORD.
ויספו בני ישׂראל לעשׂות הרע בעיני יהוה ויחזק יהוה את־עגלון מלכ־מואב על־ישׂראל על כי־עשׂו את־הרע בעיני יהוה - Jeremiah 24 7:30 - For the children of Judah have done evil in my sight, saith the LORD : they have set their abominations in the house which is called by my name, to pollute it.
כי־עשׂו בני־יהודה הרע בעיני נאומ־יהוה שׂמו שׁקוציהם בבית אשׁר־נקרא־שׁמי עליו לטמאו - Nehemiah 16 9:18 - Yea, when they had made them a molten calf, and said , This is thy God that brought thee up out of Egypt, and had wrought great provocations ;
