- 1 Chronicles 13 19:7 - So they hired thirty and two thousand chariots, and the king of Maachah and his people ; who came and pitched before Medeba. And the children of Ammon gathered themselves together from their cities, and came to battle.
וישׂכרו להם שׁנים ושׁלשׁים אלף רכב ואת־מלך מעכה ואת־עמו ויבאו ויחנו לפני מידבא ובני עמון נאספו מעריהם ויבאו למלחמה - 1 Samuel 9 2:5 - They that were full have hired out themselves for bread ; and they that were hungry ceased : so that the barren hath born seven ; and she that hath many children is waxed feeble .
