- Genesis 1 27:16 - And she put the skins of the kids of the goats upon his hands, and upon the smooth of his neck :
ואת ערת גדיי העזים הלבישׁה על־ידיו ועל חלקת צואריו לָבַשׁ (in) apparel, arm, arra.. [8689] עוֹר Hide, leather, skin גְּדִי Kid עֵז (she) goat, kid יָד ( be) able, × about, a.. חֶלְקָה Field, flattering(-ry),.. צַוָּאר Neck - 1 Samuel 9 10:3 - Then shalt thou go on forward from thence, and thou shalt come to the plain of Tabor, and there shall meet thee three men going up to God to Bethel, one carrying three kids, and another carrying three loaves of bread, and another carrying a bottle of wine :
וחלפת משׁם והלאה ובאת עד־אלון תבור ומצאוך שׁם שׁלשׁה אנשׁים עלים אל־האלהים בית־אל אחד נשׂא שׁלשׁה גדיים ואחד נשׂא שׁלשׁת ככרות לחם ואחד נשׂא נבל־יין - Genesis 1 27:9 - Go now to the flock, and fetch me from thence two good kids of the goats ; and I will make them savoury meat for thy father, such as he loveth :
לכ־נא אל־הצאן וקח־לי משׁם שׁני גדיי עזים טבים ואעשׂה אתם מטעמים לאביך כאשׁר אהב
