- Genesis 1 50:13 - For his sons carried him into the land of Canaan, and buried him in the cave of the field of Machpelah, which Abraham bought with the field for a possession of a buryingplace of Ephron the Hittite, before Mamre.
וישׂאו אתו בניו ארצה כנען ויקברו אתו במערת שׂדה המכפלה אשׁר קנה אברהם את־השׂדה לאחזת־קבר מאת עפרן החתי על־פני ממרא - Numbers 4 7:31 - His offering was one silver charger of the weight of an hundred and thirty shekels, one silver bowl of seventy shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary ; both of them full of fine flour mingled with oil for a meat offering :
קרבנו קערת־כסף אחת שׁלשׁים ומאה משׁקלה מזרק אחד כסף שׁבעים שׁקל בשׁקל הקדשׁ שׁניהם מלאים סלת בלולה בשׁמן למנחה - Exodus 2 35:23 - And every man, with whom was found blue, and purple, and scarlet , and fine linen, and goats ' hair, and red skins of rams, and badgers ' skins, brought them.
וכל־אישׁ אשׁר־נמצא אתו תכלת וארגמן ותולעת שׁני ושׁשׁ ועזים וערת אילם מאדמים וערת תחשׁים הביאו - 1 Samuel 9 14:45 - And the people said unto Saul, Shall Jonathan die , who hath wrought this great salvation in Israel ? God forbid : as the LORD liveth, there shall not one hair of his head fall to the ground ; for he hath wrought with God this day. So the people rescued Jonathan, that he died not.
ויאמר העם אל־שׁאול היונתן ימות אשׁר עשׂה הישׁועה הגדולה הזאת בישׂראל חלילה חי־יהוה אמ־יפל משׂערת ראשׁו ארצה כי־עמ־אלהים עשׂה היום הזה ויפדו העם את־יונתן ולא־מת - Ezekiel 26 20:48 - And all flesh shall see that I the LORD have kindled it: it shall not be quenched .
