- Genesis 1 18:26 - And the LORD said , If I find in Sodom fifty righteous within the city, then I will spare all the place for their sakes.
ויאמר יהוה אמ־אמצא בסדם חמשׁים צדיקם בתוך העיר ונשׂאתי לכל־המקום בעבורם - Genesis 1 18:28 - Peradventure there shall lack five of the fifty righteous : wilt thou destroy all the city for lack of five ? And he said , If I find there forty and five, I will not destroy it.
אולי יחסרון חמשׁים הצדיקם חמשׁה התשׁחית בחמשׁה את־כל־העיר ויאמר לא אשׁחית אמ־אמצא שׁם ארבעים וחמשׁה - 2 Samuel 10 15:25 - And the king said unto Zadok, Carry back the ark of God into the city : if I shall find favour in the eyes of the LORD, he will bring me again , and shew me both it, and his habitation :
ויאמר המלך לצדוק השׁב את־ארון האלהים העיר אמ־אמצא חן בעיני יהוה והשׁבני והראני אתו ואת־נוהו - 2 Samuel 10 16:4 - Then said the king to Ziba, Behold, thine are all that pertained unto Mephibosheth. And Ziba said , I humbly beseech thee that I may find grace in thy sight, my lord, O king.
ויאמר המלך לצבא הנה לך כל אשׁר למפי־בשׁת ויאמר ציבא השׁתחויתי אמצא־חן בעיניך אדני המלך - Judges 7 17:9 - And Micah said unto him, Whence comest thou? And he said unto him, I am a Levite of Bethlehemjudah , and I go to sojourn where I may find a place.
