- 2 Chronicles 14 23:17 - Then all the people went to the house of Baal, and brake it down , and brake his altars and his images in pieces , and slew Mattan the priest of Baal before the altars.
ויבאו כל־העם בית־הבעל ויתצהו ואת־מזבחתיו ואת־צלמיו שׁברו ואת מתן כהן הבעל הרגו לפני המזבחות - 2 Kings 12 11:18 - And all the people of the land went into the house of Baal, and brake it down ; his altars and his images brake they in pieces thoroughly , and slew Mattan the priest of Baal before the altars. And the priest appointed officers over the house of the LORD.
ויבאו כל־עם הארץ בית־הבעל ויתצהו את־מזבחתו ואת־צלמיו שׁברו היטב ואת מתן כהן הבעל הרגו לפני המזבחות וישׂם הכהן פקדות על־בית יהוה - Judges 7 8:7 - And Gideon said , Therefore when the LORD hath delivered Zebah and Zalmunna into mine hand, then I will tear your flesh with the thorns of the wilderness and with briers.
ויאמר גדעון לכן בתת יהוה את־זבח ואת־צלמנע בידי ודשׁתי את־בשׂרכם את־קוצי המדבר ואת־הברקנים - Judges 7 8:12 - And when Zebah and Zalmunna fled , he pursued after them, and took the two kings of Midian, Zebah and Zalmunna, and discomfited all the host.
וינוסו זבח וצלמנע וירדף אחריהם וילכד את־שׁני מלכי מדין את־זבח ואת־צלמנע וכל־המחנה החריד - Isaiah 23 38:8 - Behold, I will bring again the shadow of the degrees, which is gone down in the sun dial of Ahaz, ten degrees backward. So the sun returned ten degrees, by which degrees it was gone down .
