- Judges 7 9:39 - And Gaal went out before the men of Shechem, and fought with Abimelech.
ויצא געל לפני בעלי שׁכם וילחם באבימלך גַּעַל Gaal יָצָא × after, appear, × assu.. [8799] פָּנִים presence Accept, (a-, be-)fore(.. בַּעַל Archer, babbler, bir.. שְׁכֶם Shechem לָחַם Devour, eat, × ever, fi.. [8735] אֲבִימֶלֶךְ Abimelech - Judges 7 9:23 - Then God sent an evil spirit between Abimelech and the men of Shechem ; and the men of Shechem dealt treacherously with Abimelech :
וישׁלח אלהים רוח רעה בין אבימלך ובין בעלי שׁכם ויבגדו בעלי־שׁכם באבימלך - Song of Solomon 22 6:11 - I went down into the garden of nuts to see the fruits of the valley, and to see whether the vine flourished , and the pomegranates budded .
