- Psalms 19 92:4 - For thou, LORD, hast made me glad through thy work : I will triumph in the works of thy hands.
כי שׂמחתני יהוה בפעלך במעשׂי ידיך ארנן - Jeremiah 24 44:8 - In that ye provoke me unto wrath with the works of your hands, burning incense unto other gods in the land of Egypt, whither ye be gone to dwell , that ye might cut yourselves off , and that ye might be a curse and a reproach among all the nations of the earth ?
להכעסני במעשׂי ידיכם לקטר לאלהים אחרים בארץ מצרים אשׁר־אתם באים לגור שׁם למען הכרית לכם ולמען היותכם לקללה ולחרפה בכל גויי הארץ - Ecclesiastes 21 3:22 - Wherefore I perceive that there is nothing better, than that a man should rejoice in his own works ; for that is his portion : for who shall bring him to see what shall be after him?
