- Joshua 6 6:21 - And they utterly destroyed all that was in the city, both man and woman, young and old, and ox, and sheep, and ass, with the edge of the sword.
ויחרימו את־כל־אשׁר בעיר מאישׁ ועד־אשׁה מנער ועד־זקן ועד שׁור ושׂה וחמור לפי־חרב - 1 Chronicles 13 16:3 - And he dealt to every one of Israel, both man and woman, to every one a loaf of bread, and a good piece of flesh, and a flagon of wine.
