- 2 Chronicles 14 34:31 - And the king stood in his place, and made a covenant before the LORD, to walk after the LORD, and to keep his commandments, and his testimonies, and his statutes, with all his heart, and with all his soul, to perform the words of the covenant which are written in this book.
ויעמד המלך על־עמדו ויכרת את־הברית לפני יהוה ללכת אחרי יהוה ולשׁמור את־מצותיו ועדותיו וחקיו בכל־לבבו ובכל־נפשׁו לעשׂות את־דברי הברית הכתובים על־הספר הזה - Psalms 19 78:56 - Yet they tempted and provoked the most high God, and kept not his testimonies :
וינסו וימרו את־אלהים עליון ועדותיו לא שׁמרו - 1 Kings 11 2:3 - And keep the charge of the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, to keep his statutes, and his commandments, and his judgments, and his testimonies, as it is written in the law of Moses, that thou mayest prosper in all that thou doest , and whithersoever thou turnest thyself:
