- Judges 7 16:27 - Now the house was full of men and women ; and all the lords of the Philistines were there; and there were upon the roof about three thousand men and women, that beheld while Samson made sport .
והבית מלא האנשׁים והנשׁים ושׁמה כל סרני פלשׁתים ועל־הגג כשׁלשׁת אלפים אישׁ ואשׁה הראים בשׂחוק שׁמשׁון - Exodus 2 32:28 - And the children of Levi did according to the word of Moses : and there fell of the people that day about three thousand men.
ויעשׂו בני־לוי כדבר משׁה ויפל מנ־העם ביום ההוא כשׁלשׁת אלפי אישׁ - Joshua 6 7:4 - So there went up thither of the people about three thousand men : and they fled before the men of Ai.
