המעט־לנו את־עון פעור אשׁר לא־הטהרנו ממנו עד היום הזה ויהי הנגף בעדת יהוה - 1 Samuel 9 4:10 - And the Philistines fought , and Israel was smitten , and they fled every man into his tent : and there was a very great slaughter ; for there fell of Israel thirty thousand footmen.
וילחמו פלשׁתים וינגף ישׂראל וינסו אישׁ לאהליו ותהי המכה גדולה מאד ויפל מישׂראל שׁלשׁים אלף רגלי - 2 Chronicles 14 25:22 - And Judah was put to the worse before Israel, and they fled every man to his tent.
