- Jeremiah 24 44:25 - Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, saying ; Ye and your wives have both spoken with your mouths, and fulfilled with your hand, saying , We will surely perform our vows that we have vowed , to burn incense to the queen of heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto her: ye will surely accomplish your vows, and surely perform your vows.
כה־אמר יהוה־צבאות אלהי ישׂראל לאמר אתם ונשׁיכם ותדברנה בפיכם ובידיכם מלאתם לאמר עשׂה נעשׂה את־נדרינו אשׁר נדרנו לקטר למלכת השׁמים ולהסך לה נסכים הקים תקימנה את־נדריכם ועשׂה תעשׂינה את־נדריכם - Exodus 2 22:24 - And my wrath shall wax hot , and I will kill you with the sword ; and your wives shall be widows, and your children fatherless.
וחרה אפי והרגתי אתכם בחרב והיו נשׁיכם אלמנות ובניכם יתמים - Joshua 6 1:14 - Your wives, your little ones, and your cattle, shall remain in the land which Moses gave you on this side Jordan ; but ye shall pass before your brethren armed, all the mighty men of valour, and help them;
נשׁיכם טפכם ומקניכם ישׁבו בארץ אשׁר נתן לכם משׁה בעבר הירדן ואתם תעברו חמשׁים לפני אחיכם כל גבורי החיל ועזרתם אותם - Deuteronomy 5 3:19 - But your wives, and your little ones, and your cattle, shall abide in your cities which I have given you;
רק נשׁיכם וטפכם ומקנכם ידעתי כי־מקנה רב לכם ישׁבו בעריכם אשׁר נתתי לכם - Jeremiah 24 44:9 - Have ye forgotten the wickedness of your fathers, and the wickedness of the kings of Judah, and the wickedness of their wives, and your own wickedness, and the wickedness of your wives, which they have committed in the land of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem ?
השׁכחתם את־רעות אבותיכם ואת־רעות מלכי יהודה ואת רעות נשׁיו ואת רעתכם ואת רעת נשׁיכם אשׁר עשׂו בארץ יהודה ובחצות ירושׁלם
