- Ezra 15 8:22 - For I was ashamed to require of the king a band of soldiers and horsemen to help us against the enemy in the way : because we had spoken unto the king, saying , The hand of our God is upon all them for good that seek him; but his power and his wrath is against all them that forsake him.
כי בשׁתי לשׁאול מנ־המלך חיל ופרשׁים לעזרנו מאויב בדרך כי־אמרנו למלך לאמר יד־אלהינו על־כל־מבקשׁיו לטובה ועזו ואפו על כל־עזביו - 2 Chronicles 14 32:8 - With him is an arm of flesh ; but with us is the LORD our God to help us, and to fight our battles. And the people rested themselves upon the words of Hezekiah king of Judah.

O LORD, thou art our God ; let not man prevail against thee.
ויקרא אסא אל־יהוה אלהיו ויאמר יהוה אינ־עמך לעזור בין רב לאין כח עזרנו יהוה אלהינו כי־עליך נשׁענו ובשׁמך באנו על־ההמון הזה יהוה אלהינו אתה אל־יעצר עמך אנושׁ - Psalms 19 79:9 - Help us, O God of our salvation, for the glory of thy name : and deliver us, and purge away our sins, for thy name's sake.
