- Leviticus 3 8:28 - And Moses took them from off their hands, and burnt them on the altar upon the burnt offering : they were consecrations for a sweet savour : it is an offering made by fire unto the LORD.
ויקח משׁה אתם מעל כפיהם ויקטר המזבחה על־העלה מלאים הם לריח ניחח אשׁה הוא ליהוה - Numbers 4 15:5 - And the fourth part of an hin of wine for a drink offering shalt thou prepare with the burnt offering or sacrifice, for one lamb.
ויין לנסך רביעית ההין תעשׂה על־העלה או לזבח לכבשׂ האחד - 1 Kings 11 18:33 - And he put the wood in order , and cut the bullock in pieces, and laid him on the wood, and said , Fill four barrels with water, and pour it on the burnt sacrifice, and on the wood.
ויערך את־העצים וינתח את־הפר וישׂם על־העצים ויאמר מלאו ארבעה כדים מים ויצקו על־העלה ועל־העצים - Leviticus 3 3:5 - And Aaron's sons shall burn it on the altar upon the burnt sacrifice, which is upon the wood that is on the fire : it is an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.
