- Ezekiel 26 5:2 - Thou shalt burn with fire a third part in the midst of the city, when the days of the siege are fulfilled : and thou shalt take a third part, and smite about it with a knife : and a third part thou shalt scatter in the wind ; and I will draw out a sword after them.
שׁלשׁית באור תבעיר בתוך העיר כמלאת ימי המצור ולקחת את־השׁלשׁית תכה בחרב סביבותיה והשׁלשׁית תזרה לרוח וחרב אריק אחריהם - Jeremiah 24 43:10 - And say unto them, Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel ; Behold, I will send and take Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon, my servant, and will set his throne upon these stones that I have hid ; and he shall spread his royal pavilion over them.
ואמרת אליהם כה־אמר יהוה צבאות אלהי ישׂראל הנני שׁלח ולקחתי את־נבוכדראצר מלכ־בבל עבדי ושׂמתי כסאו ממעל לאבנים האלה אשׁר טמנתי ונטה את־שׁפרורו עליהם - Hosea 28 2:9 - Therefore will I return , and take away my corn in the time thereof, and my wine in the season thereof, and will recover my wool and my flax given to cover her nakedness.
לכן אשׁוב ולקחתי דגני בעתו ותירושׁי במועדו והצלתי צמרי ופשׁתי לכסות את־ערותה - Judges 7 11:5 - And it was so, that when the children of Ammon made war against Israel, the elders of Gilead went to fetch Jephthah out of the land of Tob :
