- Exodus 2 39:3 - And they did beat the gold into thin plates, and cut it into wires, to work it in the blue, and in the purple, and in the scarlet , and in the fine linen, with cunning work.
וירקעו את־פחי הזהב וקצץ פתילם לעשׂות בתוך התכלת ובתוך הארגמן ובתוך תולעת השׁני ובתוך השׁשׁ מעשׂה חשׁב - Leviticus 3 14:51 - And he shall take the cedar wood, and the hyssop, and the scarlet , and the living bird, and dip them in the blood of the slain bird, and in the running water, and sprinkle the house seven times :
ולקח את־עצ־הארז ואת־האזב ואת שׁני התולעת ואת הצפר החיה וטבל אתם בדם הצפר השׁחוטה ובמים החיים והזה אל־הבית שׁבע פעמים - Exodus 2 28:6 - And they shall make the ephod of gold, of blue, and of purple, of scarlet , and fine twined linen, with cunning work.
