- Psalms 19 78:7 - That they might set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments :
וישׂימו באלהים כסלם ולא ישׁכחו מעללי־אל ומצותיו ינצרו - Judges 7 10:14 - Go and cry unto the gods which ye have chosen ; let them deliver you in the time of your tribulation.
לכו וזעקו אל־האלהים אשׁר בחרתם בם המה יושׁיעו לכם בעת צרתכם - 2 Samuel 10 6:2 - And David arose , and went with all the people that were with him from Baale of Judah, to bring up from thence the ark of God, whose name is called by the name of the LORD of hosts that dwelleth between the cherubims.
ויקם וילך דוד וכל־העם אשׁר אתו מבעלי יהודה להעלות משׁם את ארון האלהים אשׁר־נקרא שׁם שׁם יהוה צבאות ישׁב הכרבים עליו - Genesis 1 1:24 - And God said , Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind : and it was so.
ויאמר אלהים תוצא הארץ נפשׁ חיה למינה בהמה ורמשׂ וחיתו־ארץ למינה ויהי־כן - Exodus 2 18:11 - Now I know that the LORD is greater than all gods : for in the thing wherein they dealt proudly he was above them.
עתה ידעתי כי־גדול יהוה מכל־האלהים כי בדבר אשׁר זדו עליהם
