- 1 Chronicles 13 11:18 - And the three brake through the host of the Philistines, and drew water out of the well of Bethlehem, that was by the gate, and took it, and brought it to David : but David would not drink of it, but poured it out to the LORD,
ויבקעו השׁלשׁה במחנה פלשׁתים וישׁאבו־מים מבור בית־לחם אשׁר בשׁער וישׂאו ויבאו אל־דויד ולא־אבה דויד לשׁתותם וינסך אתם ליהוה - Genesis 1 47:15 - And when money failed in the land of Egypt, and in the land of Canaan, all the Egyptians came unto Joseph, and said , Give us bread : for why should we die in thy presence? for the money faileth .
