- 2 Samuel 10 1:2 - It came even to pass on the third day, that, behold, a man came out of the camp from Saul with his clothes rent , and earth upon his head : and so it was, when he came to David, that he fell to the earth, and did obeisance .
ויהי ביום השׁלישׁי והנה אישׁ בא מנ־המחנה מעם שׁאול ובגדיו קרעים ואדמה על־ראשׁו ויהי בבאו אל־דוד ויפל ארצה וישׁתחו - 2 Chronicles 14 23:7 - And the Levites shall compass the king round about, every man with his weapons in his hand ; and whosoever else cometh into the house, he shall be put to death : but be ye with the king when he cometh in , and when he goeth out .
