- Daniel 27 4:15 - Nevertheless leave the stump of his roots in the earth, even with a band of iron and brass, in the tender grass of the field ; and let it be wet with the dew of heaven, and let his portion be with the beasts in the grass of the earth :
ברם עקר שׁרשׁוהי בארעא שׁבקו ובאסור די־פרזל ונחשׁ בדתאא די ברא ובטל שׁמיא יצטבע ועמ־חיותא חלקה בעשׂב ארעא - Exodus 2 10:15 - For they covered the face of the whole earth, so that the land was darkened ; and they did eat every herb of the land, and all the fruit of the trees which the hail had left : and there remained not any green thing in the trees, or in the herbs of the field, through all the land of Egypt.
