- Isaiah 23 37:2 - And he sent Eliakim, who was over the household, and Shebna the scribe , and the elders of the priests covered with sackcloth, unto Isaiah the prophet the son of Amoz.
וישׁלח את־אליקים אשׁר־על־הבית ואת שׁבנא הסופר ואת זקני הכהנים מתכסים בשׂקים אל־ישׁעיהו בנ־אמוץ הנביא - 1 Chronicles 13 21:16 - And David lifted up his eyes, and saw the angel of the LORD stand between the earth and the heaven, having a drawn sword in his hand stretched out over Jerusalem. Then David and the elders of Israel, who were clothed in sackcloth, fell upon their faces.
וישׂא דויד את־עיניו וירא את־מלאך יהוה עמד בין הארץ ובין השׁמים וחרבו שׁלופה בידו נטויה על־ירושׁלם ויפל דויד והזקנים מכסים בשׂקים על־פניהם - Nehemiah 16 9:1 - Now in the twenty and fourth day of this month the children of Israel were assembled with fasting, and with sackclothes, and earth upon them.

וישׁלח את־אליקים אשׁר־על־הבית ושׁבנא הספר ואת זקני הכהנים מתכסים בשׂקים אל־ישׁעיהו הנביא בנ־אמוץ - Joel 29 1:13 - Gird yourselves, and lament , ye priests : howl , ye ministers of the altar : come , lie all night in sackcloth, ye ministers of my God : for the meat offering and the drink offering is withholden from the house of your God.
חגרו וספדו הכהנים הילילו משׁרתי מזבח באו לינו בשׂקים משׁרתי אלהי כי נמנע מבית אלהיכם מנחה ונסך
