- Jeremiah 24 4:5 - Declare ye in Judah, and publish in Jerusalem ; and say , Blow ye the trumpet in the land : cry , gather together , and say , Assemble yourselves, and let us go into the defenced cities.
הגידו ביהודה ובירושׁלם השׁמיעו ואמרו ותקעו שׁופר בארץ קראו מלאו ואמרו האספו ונבואה אל־ערי המבצר - Genesis 1 49:1 - And Jacob called unto his sons, and said , Gather yourselves together , that I may tell you that which shall befall you in the last days.
ויקרא יעקב אל־בניו ויאמר האספו ואגידה לכם את אשׁר־יקרא אתכם באחרית הימים - Ezekiel 26 39:17 - And, thou son of man, thus saith the Lord GOD ; Speak unto every feathered fowl, and to every beast of the field, Assemble yourselves, and come ; gather yourselves on every side to my sacrifice that I do sacrifice for you, even a great sacrifice upon the mountains of Israel, that ye may eat flesh, and drink blood.

השׁמיעו על־ארמנות באשׁדוד ועל־ארמנות בארץ מצרים ואמרו האספו על־הרי שׁמרון וראו מהומת רבות בתוכה ועשׁוקים בקרבה - Jeremiah 24 8:14 - Why do we sit still ? assemble yourselves, and let us enter into the defenced cities, and let us be silent there: for the LORD our God hath put us to silence , and given us water of gall to drink , because we have sinned against the LORD.
