- Judges 7 20:15 - And the children of Benjamin were numbered at that time out of the cities twenty and six thousand men that drew sword, beside the inhabitants of Gibeah, which were numbered seven hundred chosen men.
ויתפקדו בני בנימן ביום ההוא מהערים עשׂרים ושׁשׁה אלף אישׁ שׁלף חרב לבד מישׁבי הגבעה התפקדו שׁבע מאות אישׁ בחור - Judges 7 20:37 - And the liers in wait hasted , and rushed upon Gibeah ; and the liers in wait drew themselves along , and smote all the city with the edge of the sword.
והארב החישׁו ויפשׁטו אל־הגבעה וימשׁך הארב ויך את־כל־העיר לפי־חרב - Judges 7 20:20 - And the men of Israel went out to battle against Benjamin ; and the men of Israel put themselves in array to fight against them at Gibeah.
ויצא אישׁ ישׂראל למלחמה עמ־בנימן ויערכו אתם אישׁ־ישׂראל מלחמה אל־הגבעה - Judges 7 19:14 - And they passed on and went their way ; and the sun went down upon them when they were by Gibeah, which belongeth to Benjamin.
ויעברו וילכו ותבא להם השׁמשׁ אצל הגבעה אשׁר לבנימן - Judges 7 20:21 - And the children of Benjamin came forth out of Gibeah, and destroyed down to the ground of the Israelites that day twenty and two thousand men.
ויצאו בני־בנימן מנ־הגבעה וישׁחיתו בישׂראל ביום ההוא שׁנים ועשׂרים אלף אישׁ ארצה
