- 1 Samuel 9 15:15 - And Saul said , They have brought them from the Amalekites : for the people spared the best of the sheep and of the oxen, to sacrifice unto the LORD thy God ; and the rest we have utterly destroyed .
ויאמר שׁאול מעמלקי הביאום אשׁר חמל העם על־מיטב הצאן והבקר למען זבח ליהוה אלהיך ואת־היותר החרמנו - Exodus 2 34:3 - And no man shall come up with thee, neither let any man be seen throughout all the mount ; neither let the flocks nor herds feed before that mount.
ואישׁ לא־יעלה עמך וגמ־אישׁ אל־ירא בכל־ההר גמ־הצאן והבקר אל־ירעו אל־מול ההר ההוא - Daniel 27 8:26 - And the vision of the evening and the morning which was told is true : wherefore shut thou up the vision ; for it shall be for many days.
