- Ezekiel 26 12:25 - For I am the LORD : I will speak , and the word that I shall speak shall come to pass ; it shall be no more prolonged : for in your days, O rebellious house, will I say the word, and will perform it, saith the Lord GOD.
כי אני יהוה אדבר את אשׁר אדבר דבר ויעשׂה לא תמשׁך עוד כי בימיכם בית המרי אדבר דבר ועשׂיתיו נאם אדני יהוה - 2 Chronicles 14 24:14 - And when they had finished it, they brought the rest of the money before the king and Jehoiada, whereof were made vessels for the house of the LORD, even vessels to minister, and to offer withal, and spoons, and vessels of gold and silver. And they offered burnt offerings in the house of the LORD continually all the days of Jehoiada.
וככלותם הביאו לפני המלך ויהוידע את־שׁאר הכסף ויעשׂהו כלים לבית־יהוה כלי שׁרת והעלות וכפות וכלי זהב וכסף ויהיו מעלים עלות בבית־יהוה תמיד כל ימי יהוידע - Ezekiel 26 18:19 - Yet say ye, Why? doth not the son bear the iniquity of the father ? When the son hath done that which is lawful and right, and hath kept all my statutes, and hath done them, he shall surely live .
ואמרתם מדע לא־נשׂא הבן בעון האב והבן משׁפט וצדקה עשׂה את כל־חקותי שׁמר ויעשׂה אתם חיה יחיה - Exodus 2 32:4 - And he received them at their hand, and fashioned it with a graving tool, after he had made it a molten calf : and they said , These be thy gods, O Israel, which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt.
ויקח מידם ויצר אתו בחרט ויעשׂהו עגל מסכה ויאמרו אלה אלהיך ישׂראל אשׁר העלוך מארץ מצרים - Ezekiel 26 12:28 - Therefore say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD ; There shall none of my words be prolonged any more, but the word which I have spoken shall be done , saith the Lord GOD.
