- Judges 7 15:18 - And he was sore athirst , and called on the LORD, and said , Thou hast given this great deliverance into the hand of thy servant : and now shall I die for thirst, and fall into the hand of the uncircumcised ?
ויצמא מאד ויקרא אל־יהוה ויאמר אתה נתת ביד־עבדך את־התשׁועה הגדלה הזאת ועתה אמות בצמא ונפלתי ביד הערלים - Exodus 2 17:3 - And the people thirsted there for water ; and the people murmured against Moses, and said , Wherefore is this that thou hast brought us up out of Egypt, to kill us and our children and our cattle with thirst ?
ויצמא שׁם העם למים וילן העם על־משׁה ויאמר למה זה העליתנו ממצרים להמית אתי ואת־בני ואת־מקני בצמא - Job 18 24:11 - Which make oil within their walls, and tread their winepresses, and suffer thirst .
