- Joel 29 2:13 - And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the LORD your God : for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repenteth him of the evil.
וקרעו לבבכם ואל־בגדיכם ושׁובו אל־יהוה אלהיכם כי־חנון ורחום הוא ארך אפים ורב־חסד ונחם על־הרעה - 2 Chronicles 14 10:5 - And he said unto them, Come again unto me after three days. And the people departed .
