- Job 18 8:12 - Whilst it is yet in his greenness, and not cut down , it withereth before any other herb.
עדנו באבו לא יקטף ולפני כל־חציר ייבשׁ אֵב Greenness, fruit קָטַף Crop off, cut down (up).. [8735] יָבֵשׁ Be ashamed, clean, be c.. [8799] פָּנִים presence Accept, (a-, be-)fore(.. חָצִיר Grass, hay, herb, leek - Jeremiah 24 42:20 - For ye dissembled in your hearts, when ye sent me unto the LORD your God, saying , Pray for us unto the LORD our God ; and according unto all that the LORD our God shall say , so declare unto us, and we will do it.
כי התעתים בנפשׁותיכם כי־אתם שׁלחתם אתי אל־יהוה אלהיכם לאמר התפלל בעדנו אל־יהוה אלהינו וככל אשׁר יאמר יהוה אלהינו כן הגד־לנו ועשׂינו - Psalms 19 41:3 - The LORD will strengthen him upon the bed of languishing : thou wilt make all his bed in his sickness.
יהוה יסעדנו על־ערשׂ דוי כל־משׁכבו הפכת בחליו - Jeremiah 24 42:2 - And said unto Jeremiah the prophet, Let, we beseech thee, our supplication be accepted before thee, and pray for us unto the LORD thy God, even for all this remnant ;
ויאמרו אל־ירמיהו הנביא תפל־נא תחנתנו לפניך והתפלל בעדנו אל־יהוה אלהיך בעד כל־השׁארית הזאת כי־נשׁארנו מעט מהרבה כאשׁר עיניך ראות אתנו - Jeremiah 24 37:3 - And Zedekiah the king sent Jehucal the son of Shelemiah and Zephaniah the son of Maaseiah the priest to the prophet Jeremiah, saying , Pray now unto the LORD our God for us.
וישׁלח המלך צדקיהו את־יהוכל בנ־שׁלמיה ואת־צפניהו בנ־מעשׂיה הכהן אל־ירמיהו הנביא לאמר התפלל־נא בעדנו אל־יהוה אלהינו
