- 2 Samuel 10 24:13 - So Gad came to David, and told him, and said unto him, Shall seven years of famine come unto thee in thy land ? or wilt thou flee three months before thine enemies, while they pursue thee? or that there be three days ' pestilence in thy land ? now advise , and see what answer I shall return to him that sent me.
ויבא־גד אל־דוד ויגד־לו ויאמר לו התבוא לך שׁבע שׁנים רעב בארצך אמ־שׁלשׁה חדשׁים נסך לפני־צריך והוא רדפך ואמ־היות שׁלשׁת ימים דבר בארצך עתה דע וראה מה־אשׁיב שׁלחי דבר - Leviticus 3 4:12 - Even the whole bullock shall he carry forth without the camp unto a clean place, where the ashes are poured out, and burn him on the wood with fire : where the ashes are poured out shall he be burnt .
