- 2 Chronicles 14 28:9 - But a prophet of the LORD was there, whose name was Oded : and he went out before the host that came to Samaria, and said unto them, Behold, because the LORD God of your fathers was wroth with Judah, he hath delivered them into your hand, and ye have slain them in a rage that reacheth up unto heaven.
ושׁם היה נביא ליהוה עדד שׁמו ויצא לפני הצבא הבא לשׁמרון ויאמר להם הנה בחמת יהוה אלהי־אבותיכם על־יהודה נתנם בידכם ותהרגו־בם בזעף עד לשׁמים הגיע - Judges 7 9:18 - And ye are risen up against my father's house this day, and have slain his sons, threescore and ten persons, upon one stone, and have made Abimelech, the son of his maidservant, king over the men of Shechem, because he is your brother ;>
ואתם קמתם על־בית אבי היום ותהרגו את־בניו שׁבעים אישׁ על־אבן אחת ותמליכו את־אבימלך בנ־אמתו על־בעלי שׁכם כי אחיכם הוא - Ezekiel 26 9:6 - Slay utterly old and young, both maids, and little children, and women : but come not near any man upon whom is the mark ; and begin at my sanctuary. Then they began at the ancient men which were before the house.
זקן בחור ובתולה וטף ונשׁים תהרגו למשׁחית ועל־כל־אישׁ אשׁר־עליו התו אל־תגשׁו וממקדשׁי תחלו ויחלו באנשׁים הזקנים אשׁר לפני הבית - Leviticus 3 20:15 - And if a man lie with a beast, he shall surely be put to death : and ye shall slay the beast.
