- 1 Samuel 9 30:23 - Then said David, Ye shall not do so , my brethren, with that which the LORD hath given us, who hath preserved us, and delivered the company that came against us into our hand.
ויאמר דוד לא־תעשׂו כן אחי את אשׁר־נתן יהוה לנו וישׁמר אתנו ויתן את־הגדוד הבא עלינו בידנו - Jeremiah 24 44:2 - Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel ; Ye have seen all the evil that I have brought upon Jerusalem, and upon all the cities of Judah ; and, behold, this day they are a desolation, and no man dwelleth therein,
כה־אמר יהוה צבאות אלהי ישׂראל אתם ראיתם את כל־הרעה אשׁר הבאתי על־ירושׁלם ועל כל־ערי יהודה והנם חרבה היום הזה ואין בהם יושׁב - Genesis 1 26:10 - And Abimelech said , What is this thou hast done unto us? one of the people might lightly have lien with thy wife, and thou shouldest have brought guiltiness upon us.

ויאמרו כל־העם אשׁר־בשׁער והזקנים עדים יתן יהוה את־האשׁה הבאה אל־ביתך כרחל וכלאה אשׁר בנו שׁתיהם את־בית ישׂראל ועשׂה־חיל באפרתה וקרא־שׁם בבית לחם - Daniel 27 3:14 - Nebuchadnezzar spake and said unto them, Is it true, O Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, do not ye serve my gods, nor worship the golden image which I have set up?
