- 1 Samuel 9 6:3 - And they said , If ye send away the ark of the God of Israel, send it not empty ; but in any wise return him a trespass offering : then ye shall be healed , and it shall be known to you why his hand is not removed from you.
ויאמרו אמ־משׁלחים את־ארון אלהי ישׂראל אל־תשׁלחו אתו ריקם כי־השׁב תשׁיבו לו אשׁם אז תרפאו ונודע לכם למה לא־תסור ידו מכם - Deuteronomy 5 28:14 - And thou shalt not go aside from any of the words which I command thee this day, to the right hand, or to the left, to go after other gods to serve them.
ולא תסור מכל־הדברים אשׁר אנכי מצוה אתכם היום ימין ושׂמאול ללכת אחרי אלהים אחרים לעבדם - 2 Samuel 10 12:10 - Now therefore the sword shall never depart from thine house ; because thou hast despised me, and hast taken the wife of Uriah the Hittite to be thy wife.
