- 2 Kings 12 15:17 - In the nine and thirtieth year of Azariah king of Judah began Menahem the son of Gadi to reign over Israel, and reigned ten years in Samaria.
בשׁנת שׁלשׁים ותשׁע שׁנה לעזריה מלך יהודה מלך מנחם בנ־גדי על־ישׂראל עשׂר שׁנים בשׁמרון - 1 Samuel 9 18:25 - And Saul said , Thus shall ye say to David, The king desireth not any dowry, but an hundred foreskins of the Philistines, to be avenged of the king's enemies . But Saul thought to make David fall by the hand of the Philistines.

ואת שׁער העין החזיק שׁלון בנ־כל־חזה שׂר פלך המצפה הוא יבננו ויטללנו ויעמידו דלתתיו מנעליו ובריחיו ואת חומת ברכת השׁלח לגנ־המלך ועד־המעלות היורדות מעיר דויד - 2 Chronicles 14 23:5 - And a third part shall be at the king's house ; and a third part at the gate of the foundation : and all the people shall be in the courts of the house of the LORD.
