- Nehemiah 16 5:7 - Then I consulted with myself, and I rebuked the nobles, and the rulers, and said unto them, Ye exact usury, every one of his brother. And I set a great assembly against them.
וימלך לבי עלי ואריבה את־החרים ואת־הסגנים ואמרה להם משׁא אישׁ־באחיו אתם נשׁאים ואתן עליהם קהלה גדולה - Nehemiah 16 7:5 - And my God put into mine heart to gather together the nobles, and the rulers, and the people, that they might be reckoned by genealogy . And I found a register of the genealogy of them which came up at the first, and found written therein,
ויתן אלהי אל־לבי ואקבצה את־החרים ואת־הסגנים ואת־העם להתיחשׂ ואמצא ספר היחשׂ העולים בראשׁונה ואמצא כתוב בו - Genesis 1 14:6 - And the Horites in their mount Seir, unto Elparan, which is by the wilderness.
ואת־החרי בהררם שׂעיר עד איל פארן אשׁר על־המדבר חֹרִי Horims, Horites הָרָר Hill, mount(-ain) שֵׂעִיר Seir אֵיל פָּארָן El-paran עַל above Above, according to(-ly.. מִדְבָּר Desert, south, speech, .. - Deuteronomy 5 2:22 - As he did to the children of Esau, which dwelt in Seir, when he destroyed the Horims from before them; and they succeeded them, and dwelt in their stead even unto this day :
כאשׁר עשׂה לבני עשׂו הישׁבים בשׂעיר אשׁר השׁמיד את־החרי מפניהם ויירשׁם וישׁבו תחתם עד היום הזה
