- Deuteronomy 5 30:19 - I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing : therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live :
העידתי בכם היום את־השׁמים ואת־הארץ החיים והמות נתתי לפניך הברכה והקללה ובחרת בחיים למען תחיה אתה וזרעך - 2 Chronicles 14 20:26 - And on the fourth day they assembled themselves in the valley of Berachah ; for there they blessed the LORD : therefore the name of the same place was called , The valley of Berachah, unto this day.
וביום הרבעי נקהלו לעמק ברכה כי־שׁם ברכו את־יהוה על־כן קראו את־שׁם המקום ההוא עמק ברכה עד־היום - Exodus 2 32:29 - For Moses had said , Consecrate yourselves to day to the LORD, even every man upon his son, and upon his brother ; that he may bestow upon you a blessing this day.
ויאמר משׁה מלאו ידכם היום ליהוה כי אישׁ בבנו ובאחיו ולתת עליכם היום ברכה - 2 Kings 12 5:15 - And he returned to the man of God, he and all his company, and came , and stood before him: and he said , Behold, now I know that there is no God in all the earth, but in Israel : now therefore, I pray thee, take a blessing of thy servant.
וישׁב אל־אישׁ האלהים הוא וכל־מחנהו ויבא ויעמד לפניו ויאמר הנה־נא ידעתי כי אין אלהים בכל־הארץ כי אמ־בישׂראל ועתה קח־נא ברכה מאת עבדך - Isaiah 23 22:11 - Ye made also a ditch between the two walls for the water of the old pool : but ye have not looked unto the maker thereof, neither had respect unto him that fashioned it long ago.
ומקוה עשׂיתם בין החמתים למי הברכה הישׁנה ולא הבטתם אל־עשׂיה ויצרה מרחוק לא ראיתם
