- 1 Kings 11 2:32 - And the LORD shall return his blood upon his own head, who fell upon two men more righteous and better than he, and slew them with the sword, my father David not knowing thereof, to wit, Abner the son of Ner, captain of the host of Israel, and Amasa the son of Jether, captain of the host of Judah.
והשׁיב יהוה את־דמו על־ראשׁו אשׁר פגע בשׁני־אנשׁים צדקים וטבים ממנו ויהרגם בחרב ואבי דוד לא ידע את־אבנר בנ־נר שׂר־צבא ישׂראל ואת־עמשׂא בנ־יתר שׂר־צבא יהודה - 2 Chronicles 14 22:8 - And it came to pass, that, when Jehu was executing judgment upon the house of Ahab, and found the princes of Judah, and the sons of the brethren of Ahaziah, that ministered to Ahaziah, he slew them.

וגם אתה ידעת את אשׁר־עשׂה לי יואב בנ־צרויה אשׁר עשׂה לשׁני־שׂרי צבאות ישׂראל לאבנר בנ־נר ולעמשׂא בנ־יתר ויהרגם וישׂם דמי־מלחמה בשׁלם ויתן דמי מלחמה בחגרתו אשׁר במתניו ובנעלו אשׁר ברגליו
